1.Using your finger tips to apply the moisturizer will conserve product use! If you use the palms of your hands, they can absorb the moisturizer into th eskin of your hand sinstead of making onto your face. Use small circular motions working your way from the center of your face outward and upward.

2.Make sure when you moisturize your face to get your ears and the back of your neck! They are part of your face, too.

3.Don't overdo it. A small amount is all you need. All Anthony products are highly concentrated. An amount slightly larger than a pea is all you need!

4.Guys use this twice a day. Once in the day to protect from the elements and once at night for cell repair and regeneration. When you sleep if when your body & face heal!
